As a culinary critic and avid traveler, my recent stay at Kyu Karuizawa Hotel Otowa No Mori for Easter was a delightful blend of luxury and charm. The hotel's serene environment and attentive staff immediately set the tone for a relaxing getaway. We were warmly greeted by Mr Yang, whose excellent English and invaluable local tips enhanced our experience.The free shuttle service to the JR station and ski resort was a fantastic amenity that we took full advantage of, making exploring the area effortless.The spacious rooms were tastefully appointed, providing a comfortable retreat after a day of exploring. The vintage interiors and large bath tub added a touch of elegance, creating a cozy atmosphere for unwinding.The Sumibikushiyaki Otowa-tei restaurant's traditional Japanese dishes were a culinary delight, showcasing seasonal ingredients in each thoughtfully prepared dish. The French cuisine at Restaurant KEIKI further highlighted the hotel's commitment to offering a diverse dining experience.Kyu Karuizawa Hotel Otowa No Mori's high standard of service and amenities, including complimentary Wi-Fi and access to a golf course, skiing, and massage facilities, ensured a truly satisfying stay.
